At Koraeva Skincare, we strive to ensure every bottle reaches you in perfect condition. However, if things don’t go as planned, here is how we can help.

📦 Damaged, Leaking, or Wrong Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To process a replacement, we require:

  • Clear photos of the product and the issue.

  • Your Order Number.

Once verified, our team will arrange a complimentary replacement for you.

🚚 Delivery & Unboxing (Important!)

To protect your purchase against external transit damage, please follow these steps:

  1. Record a video while unboxing your parcel for the first time.

  2. If the exterior is damaged, share the video with us immediately.

  3. Note: Without unboxing video proof, we may be unable to accept claims for external damage.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, skincare products cannot be resold once they leave our facility. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Change of mind.

  • Items where the safety seal has been tampered with.

💳 Refund Policy

In specific cases where a refund is approved (rather than a replacement):

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
